me my family home looking at the flood	When the flood started disappointed	flooding slowly rise right around my house nervous that the flood was going to take my away	I will never forget that day because it was flooded right around and in my house and it was very scary

In the second week of the holiday I was stranded at home In the horrible rain and floods.I was feeling a bit hoha about being stranded.Rain, Rain, Rain will it ever stop? I thought as I got out of bed. I walked to the window. Wow!

Nek minute we saw the peddle bike floating down the paddock.  The dog and cows trying to swim back for some green green grass,but they couldn’t get back so my dad went to go get the cows.Then the rain got even harder. We couldn’t see our cars through the hard outpouring so we quickly moved them in the shed.

A few hour later the flood started coming in the house and the rain was so hard out we thought that someone was shooting a machine gun on the roof. I was So So So! disappointed. I was disappointed because we couldn’t go to town because the flood was right around my house. Just around the corner had a lot of water and the road had gone.Just around the corner the road had gone about 1 meter long submerge underneath the water.

Just then the rain got even harder.I nervously said “Dad is our house stable enough”. “Yea is stable enough”.”But what if our house ends up washed down the...”Dad interrupted me. ”It’s all right hopefully this rain stops tomorrow so we can go do our shopping and lift our house up”.The rain was pelting down on our roof like a machine gun pelting out bullets.I was so scared that the house was going to float away.

I will never forget nervous day and night . The flood  was right around and in my house. It was scary.
